Mash
1 onion minced
2 gloves of garlic minced
2 carrots cubed and baked
1 jar of pureed tomatoes
2 tsp honey
1 tbs oil
1 tin of sardines in tomato sauce
2 tbs capers
2 dl stoned kalamata olives
1 dl cornichons cubed
pepper
1l floury potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 l parsinps peeled and cubed
Saute
onion and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and carrots and let boil for ten
minutes. Add the other ingredients and pour into an oven dish. Spread
the mash on top and bake in 250 degrees for 15 minutes.1/2 l parsinps peeled and cubed
3 dl hot milk
1 tsp salt
Do the mash first: Boil the root vegetables in water till done, drain the water. Mash the veggies with milk and salt.
